e waste -as named clear electronics waste.it is a waste of used electronics components that has been widely used in so many devices.right now india has been producing 3 million e waste which show a devastatic sign for a country which is really looking for its growth that is fastrack by various associate nation.recently few months back our PM MODI address a cowd which concern to how to remove e waste via some online tedchnique.he show concern about this so called electronics waste.

it has been found that there are some substance which has been considered as restricted in so many electronics devices. i will present here a list of diiffrent substances that has been involved in electronics device and its appliances.
- Lead
- Mercury
- Cadmium
- Hexavalent cromium (cr+6)
- Polybrominated biphenyl (PBB)
- Polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE)
on these above components that i have been mentioned here ,contains 0.1% or 1000ppm .PPM stands for parts per million which tells the tolerance of any components or represent the tolernce of components.it tells us how much electronics components will vary from its nominal value.
so there has been report came out which say that 0.1 % or 1000 ppm should be the limited amount of e waste in lead,mercury,hexavalent cromium,polybrominated biophenyl,polybrominated dikphenyl ether has been used in all electronics components .except cadmium which has resticted limit of 0.01 % or 100 ppm iin every electronics that has been used in every sphere.
The govt of india has enacted a rule on e waste in 1 october,2016 for minimal use of these wastes component in various devices
NABL (national accredition board of testing & calibration laboratory ) which associate with rohs laboratory to providing fruitful result. it acces reliability of diffrent electronics products that is wher C-MET comes in picture .it is an autonomous instution of R & D deprtment in field of electronicsw which currently woreking under the ministry of electronics and it undertaking gvt of india.
